ASSIST-CARD INTERNATIONAL: A NEW INVESTMENT IN TECHNOLOGYDATE:2010.10.02 |
Dear colleagues, ASSIST-CARD INTERNATIONAL has signed a global agreement with British Telecom which thus has become one of our partners for integrated helpline assistance around the world. Following thorough evaluation of the global providers of communication services, we have selected British Telecom and its CCS (Contact Centre Service) to consolidate and expand our helpline services with a single supplier. BT has a perfect understanding of the challenges we face and offers technologies that not only solve those challenges but also help us build our business. The first step of this agreement has been the incorporation of new 0800 lines which will allow us to respond more efficiently to the requests of our customers. The incorporation of the new telephone numbers will take place country by country over a period of roughly two years. The first countries that have been moved onto CCS have been Australia, Portugal, New Zealand, Ireland, Austria and Belgium. Ultimately, ASSIST-CARD INTERNATIONAL hopes to have CCS connections to around 120 countries when the rollout finishes in 2011. This important investment speaks clearly about the spirit of growth our company has and allows ASSIST-CARD INTERNATIONAL not only to be able to explore new business opportunities but also to dedicate all of our resources to improving our resilience and reliability to provide better customer service every day |
